Fantastic location in the heart of the city, close to everything. Cozy and charming structure with a beautiful terrace. The staff is friendly and easygoing, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with personal lockers and clean bedding provided. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views and a great place to relax.
Bathrooms could be cleaner, especially in the evenings. The floors were often wet and showers were not always hair-free.

Fantastic location with friendly staff
I really enjoyed my stay at a boutique style hostel in a fantastic location. The hostel was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided excellent customer service. One specific situation that stood out to me was when I wanted to take a shower before catching my bus but couldn't stay past 12PM due to a fully booked room. The staff at reception kindly offered to keep an eye on my things while I finished touring a few more places in the city. When I returned, I asked if I could use the washroom to shower and the staff member was very accommodating. Not only did I get to shower, but he even charged my phone for me. I was impressed by their tolerance, smile, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. The hostel also had a great pool, and the staff had excellent knowledge of the city and tour options. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hostel.
